• Custom Cloud Development & Consulting Services 

• Hiring and outsourcing cloud developers 

• Cybersecurity and data protection solutions 

ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES REGARDING THE FUNCTIONALITY, AVAILABILITY, OR SUITABILITY OF OUR SERVICES FOR ANY PURPOSE. 

3. User Responsibilities & Liabilities 

3.1 Account Registration & Security 

• You sign full responsibility for your account security, including unauthorized access. 

• You are liable for any losses or damages resulting from compromised credentials. 

• If you fail to secure your account, AJS Cloud Shop bears no liability. 

3.2 User Misuse & Unauthorized Activities 

You agree that any misuse or illegal activities related to our services will be your sole responsibility, and you will indemnify AJS Cloud Shop against any related claims, damages, or liabilities. 

AJS Cloud Shop reserves the right to terminate your access immediately, without refund, if: 

• You violate any provision of these Terms. 

• You engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activity. 

• Your actions threaten the security or integrity of our services. 

• You fail to comply with any payment obligations. 

4. Payment, Pricing & Financial Liability 

• You are responsible for ensuring all payments are completed on time. 

• No refunds will be provided for any reason, unless explicitly agreed upon in writing. 

• You accept full financial responsibility for any unauthorized transactions originating from your account. 

• AJS Cloud Shop is not responsible for any additional fees, taxes, or charges imposed by third-party financial institutions. 

5. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification 

5.1 AJS Cloud Shop is Not Liable for Any Damages 

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL AJS CLOUD SHOP BE LIABLE FOR: 

• Direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages. 

• Loss of data, revenue, profits, business opportunities, or reputation. 

• Security breaches, data leaks, or cyber threats beyond our reasonable control. 

• Errors, downtime, or performance issues caused by third-party providers. 

• Service incompatibility with third-party applications, APIs, or infrastructure. 

YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK AND THAT AJS CLOUD SHOP SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. 

5.2 User Indemnification of AJS Cloud Shop 

YOU AGREE TO FULLY INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS AJS CLOUD SHOP, ITS EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS FROM AND AGAINST ANY CLAIMS, LOSSES, DAMAGES, OR LIABILITIES ARISING FROM: 

• Your use or misuse of our services. 

• Any third-party claims resulting from your actions. 

• Any legal violations you commit while using our services. 

• Failure to secure your data, account, or personal information. 

6. No Warranty & Disclaimers 

• AJS Cloud Shop makes no guarantees regarding the performance, security, or reliability of our services. 

• We disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. 

• Services may be subject to unexpected interruptions, outages, or security vulnerabilities, for which we accept no liability. 

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes must be resolved through binding arbitration in San Jose, California. 

• USERS WAIVE THEIR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS-ACTION LAWSUITS AGAINST AJS CLOUD SHOP.
